Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the global go-to-market strategy for new launches and core with a consumer-first approach
Drive the conceptualization and execution of globally relevant digital first 360 launch plans with cross-functional teams
Collaborate with teams (Creative, Visual Merchandising, communications, PR, digital, education, etc.) on 360 campaign process for all markets to ensure all touch points reflect global brand messaging consistently and accurately
Lead activation and creative briefs for campaign-related assets, ensuring deliverables are aligned with brand objectives; ensure all briefs are executed and delivered for all cross-functionals
Partner with Product Marketing, Content, and Copy teams to develop campaign copy that reflects messaging priorities and aligns with brand values and tone of voice
Create and manage new launch Dossiers ensuring consistent and accurate brand message that feeds to trade marketing, education, PR, communications and media strategies, as well as maintain existing product dossiers to communicate updates to organization
Partner with US and International teams on go-to-market strategy alignment and needs, with a focus on US and China
Stay up to date with emerging consumer trends and needs in key markets globally
