The Breech School of Business at Drury University invites applicants for a full-time position beginning August 2024. This position requires teaching a 4-3 schedule of management courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels. We are seeking applicants who possess the following attributes:

* Earned doctorate in management. ABD Candidates will be considered if a PhD will be obtained during the first year of employment. Candidates with other appropriate credentials will be considered.

* Commitment to quality teaching and a proven record of teaching excellence.

* Collaborative skills evidenced by strong working relationships and project skills.

* Record of, or potential for, peer-reviewed publications and faculty qualifications consistent with AACSB Standards.

Preference will be given to candidates who have scholarship and teaching interests in some combination of the following areas: strategic management, organizational behavior, healthcare management, project management, and entrepreneurship with an interest in cross-cultural/international management.

In 2019 Drury University launched a groundbreaking undergraduate curriculum known as Your Drury Fusion, which includes certificate and major programs of study along a dual emphasis on Life and Profession.
