Position Overview: The Payroll/Accounting Clerk will Process weekly and monthly payroll for all company employees.

Position Overview: The Payroll/Accounting Clerk will Process weekly and monthly payroll for all company employees.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s payroll system and ensure all employees’ records are maintained.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date payroll records in compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
- Assist the accounting departments where need arises, including but not limited to:
- Processing Accounts Payable;
- Receivables and Aging;
- Daily Billing;
- Customer payments;
- Inventory;
- Reconciliations;
- Daily deposits.
- Other duties as assigned.
Supervision Exercised: N/A.
Qualifications & Skills:MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- (Unless board exempt) Associate’s degree or Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proven knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, tax laws, and benefits administration.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong multi-tasking and priority-setting skills.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Bachelor's degree or Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
