Job Description

In this role you will find and develop new strategic referral partners from a target rich pool of suspects. Your unique ability to connect with blue collar workers AND small business owners will be the key to your success. You will use your exceptional customer service skills to build RAVING FANS and your customers will be loyal to you because our team will deliver on your promises. You will have an abundance of opportunities to learn and grow every day. You will be a part of a team that works hard because we enjoy our work and celebrates our wins by playing hard.

Qualifications

  • Proven account management / sales or other related experience – including nurturing existing accounts and prospecting new opportunities
  • Knowledge of service plumbing industry or other related in-home service industry a plus
  • Valid AZ Driver’s License
  • Track record of working with and communicating with blue color trades people and small company owners / executives / managers
  • Proven record of being self-managed self-starter in results driven environment
  • Ability to manager multiple projects and a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated effective time management skills
  • Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Embody company core values (Humility, Care for Others, Always Learn and Grow, Get It Done and Be Positive and Fun)
  • Be the primary service contact and build long term relationships with plumbing companies – including regular visits with current clients and prospects
  • Build Trust and Identity with referral partners by following up on all commitments
  • Clearly communicate your progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives with manager, including utilization of company CRM
  • Continuously update knowledge by actively participating in company funded training, maintaining personal and professional networks, and gathering information from clients
  • Enhance department and organizational reputation by accepting ownership for commitments, delivering best in class service and driving revenue growth
  • Build client loyalty by delivering exceptional service daily
  • Exercise creativity and resourcefulness to identify, attract and convert new plumbing referral partners through networking, referrals, and prospecting
  • Monitor and analyze customer referral data to help build referral partner roster

Compensation for Full-time Employees: 

Job Types: Full-time
 Pay Rate: $75,000 - $120,000 per year (base and commissions)

· Commissions paid based on growth - uncapped

· Commissions paid for adding new accounts - uncapped

· Car Allowance - $500/month
 Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications
 Medical/Dental/Vision, 401K, PTO and Paid Holidays
