We are hiring a SALES/FIRST RESPONDER (After Hours Rotation and Weekend Availability a MUST)

We are offering a fast-paced position as a First Responder within our Sales Team. As a key member of the Sales team, this role is best suited for someone that displays exceptional sales and customer service experience. This role is the first point of contact in response to residential and/or commercial water or fire damage losses.

Superior Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• First on the scene in response to residential and commercial water/fire loss calls
• Assess damage and provide the initial scope of work
• Available to respond to after-hour calls during the week and on the weekends while on a rotation schedule
• Complete all inspection notes and compliance tasks in a timely manner.

Superior Requirements

• Must be reliable and dependable
• Must be able to multitask and respond quickly to calls, customers, and team
• Must be self-driven and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
• 2-3 years in sales experience 
• Valid State Driver license 
• Must have exceptional communication and negotiating skills
• Weekend availability
