Our number one priority is to quickly bring your property back to its original condition. Job Summary Our organization is seeking a talented individual to fill a critical position as a Mitigation Foreman. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful execution of restoration projects. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the Project Manager, lading project teams, and overseeing the restoration production process. Your strong communication skills and hands-on expertise will ensure that projects are completed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities
Support the Project Manager on all job site activities
Execute job action plan for restoration production
Able to communicate workflow and scope of work with team members assigned to project
Work directly and lead team members to remove/demolish materials that cannot be resorted or repaired at job sites
Supervise the crew and along with any additional subcontractors or vendors on site
Extract standing water if needed
Set up equipment, move tools, and restock vans
Maintain job site safety
Working in confined spaces including heights
Utilization of power tools
Able to correctly identify and place drying equipment
Utilize company software to document loss sites along side of project manager
Take photos at different stages of a project
Qualifications
Must have Valid Drivers' License
Must pass background check
Must have reliable transportation to office
Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting
Use email and other software
Clean shave face for use of respirator per OSHA regulations
Working in a team environment
Working in tight or confined spaces
On call per rotation schedule (Paid OT, 2x pay for on call-after-hours work)
