Position: Contract
Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document their business needs and objectives.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and insights, making informed recommendations based on findings.
- Process Improvement: Create workflow diagrams, perform gap analysis, and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement solutions that address business challenges.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, facilitating meetings and presentations.
- Project Support: Assist in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
- Testing and Validation: Work with QA teams to develop test plans and validate that solutions meet business requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with proven experience in requirements gathering, process improvement, and documentation.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, knowledge of SDLC, SIT, and UAT testing processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
