A leading 300 Million Dollar International Industrial Electrical Equipment manufacturer is seeking a dynamic Hardware Engineering Manager to lead a team of 6 engineers focused on sustaining and new product development.

Salary: $120,000,000-$155,000 10% bonus

Day to Day of the role:

• Designs and validates embedded hardware systems, schematics, and PCB assemblies; Develops and validates embedded software in C.
• Plays a key role in achieving strategic objectives, and in developing innovative products focused on shaping the future of industrial mobility. Aids in the development of new core competencies within the engineering department.
• Substantial knowledge of embedded system design, firmware and software code creation, review, and control.
• Experience with EPLAN Electric P8, Altium Designer, and Embedded Software development in C.
• Coaches, develops, and leads a group of electrical engineers, automation engineers, and application engineers to support the larger engineering team to complete design, verification, validation and release-to-production activities.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in engineering or equivalent (S.T.E.M.)
• 5 years of electrical product development experience
