POSITION SUMMARY
A leading producer of disposable tabletop products is seeking a Plant Engineer to join their Plant Operations team. You'll have the opportunity to be apart of a dynamic, innovative company that services 3 business areas: Foodservice, Consumer, and E-Commerce. As the Plant Engineer, you'll be responsible for the design, building, repair, and maintenance of the manufacturing plant and it's machinery.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and coordinate project activities, including costs, timelines, and performance agreements.
- Develop and oversee capital and expense budgets, ensuring adherence to corporate strategy.
- Supervise projects and staff, serving as a liaison between plant staff and vendors.
- Analyze data to identify trends and implement changes to improve efficiency, safety, and quality.
- Provide technical support, create and modify procedures, and stay updated on industry developments.
