Job Title: Process Engineer

Reports To: Senior Director of Engineering

Location: New Orleans, LA

Overview:

To provide mechanical engineering expertise in the design, development, and optimization of machinery, processes, and systems for the vegetable oils processing facility, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and compliance with all engineering standards and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• Must have experience working with soft oils: either vegetable oil, coconut oil, palm oil, palm kernel, butter, margarine, fats, etc..
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• 3-5 years experience in processing equipment and mechanical systems specifically in the Food and Beverage Industry, preferably in vegetable oils.
• Languages: English, Spanish (preferred).
• Proficient in - Autocad, Plant 3D, standard project management tools, MS Office.
• Proven vegetable oils processing experience.
