Responsibilities:

• Analyze internal/external data and communicate anomalies and opportunities.
• Provide comprehensive analysis to support strategic sourcing solutions.
• Utilize third-party tools to drive data-cleansing and standardization.
• Coordinate RFQ’s to drive cost savings.
• Work with supply base to ensure a timely and efficient RFQ process.
• Create analysis of supplier quotations to aid in sourcing selection.
• Capture commodity market data and create comprehensive market and supplier summaries that will aid in sourcing strategies.
• Support sourcing strategy formation.
• Align supplier segmentation and drive volumes towards preferred suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply chain
• 3 years of experience in direct material sourcing and supply chain operations.
• General knowledge of one or more of the following: Cables, wire harnesses, Electrical Components, PCBA’s, Electronic Components, and various Electromechanical components.
• Experience in developing sourcing strategies.
• Experience in Design for Manufacturing and VAVE are desired.
• Fast learner that demonstrates strong business acumen and strong communication skills.
