As the Strategic Sourcing Manager - Indirect, you'll navigate the complexities of capital procurement with finesse. Your expertise will drive the evolution of category strategies, enriching our internal ecosystem while fortifying partnerships with external stakeholders.

Key Duties:

• Oversee CAPEX sourcing endeavors totaling $30MM across facilities.
• Craft and execute proactive sourcing strategies, optimizing value streams through meticulous process mapping.
• Cultivate a roster of preferred suppliers, leveraging performance metrics and contractual prowess.
• Spearhead supplier selection and negotiate terms to secure optimal quality and service standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve cost efficiency without compromising on excellence.
• Define and track category metrics, driving continuous improvement and cost savings.
• Nurture supplier relationships through rigorous performance assessments and quality benchmarks.
• Provide invaluable market insights to our Engineering team, fueling innovation and informed decision-making.
• Conduct thorough price and supplier analyses to inform strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Foster seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline sourcing workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Uphold governance standards and contribute to policy adherence within the Capital Sourcing domain.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for contract optimization and renegotiation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proficient in CAPEX category management, budgeting, and project oversight.
• Ideally, experience with capital projects and greenfield site development.
• Familiarity with financial metrics and the total cost of ownership framework.
• Sound knowledge of process engineering and facility construction principles.
• A proven track record in strategic sourcing, with a focus on CAPEX management.

Key Competencies:

• 5 years of strategic sourcing experience, including 1-2 years in CAPEX procurement.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience (Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering).

Pay Range:

$105,000-$135,000/year base salary with bonus potential.
