Product Development Administrator (Full Time) – Denham Springs, LA

OVERVIEW
As Product Development Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and organized data records while contributing to sample distribution. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective teamwork. You will work closely with a dynamic team to ensure the smooth functioning of data entry tasks and sample distribution.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data Entry:
• Accurately enter data into databases and spreadsheets following established protocols.
• Verify entered data for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.

• Sample Distribution:
• Execute sample distribution under the guidance of senior team members.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to process and distribute samples.
• Assist in troubleshooting sample running processes as needed.

• Problem Solving:
• Identify and resolve data entry discrepancies or errors promptly.
• Proactively seek solutions to improve data entry efficiency and sample distribution workflows.

• Team Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity and alignment on tasks.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment through active participation and idea-sharing.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry software/tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
