Starts Administrative Assistant (Full Time) – Denham Springs, LA

Assist Permitting and Starts Coordinators with administrative and clerical duties.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Save all Plot Plans, Post Tensions, Elevation Certificates to proper shared file.
• Save all house plans to proper slab and frame start shared files.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies.
• General office duties familiarity with basic office equipment.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Must possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Requires basic analytical skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive, upbeat demeanor with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with attention to detail.

COMPENSATION
