Your Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates for business units throughout North America and Latin America
- Build and maintain specific global and regional pipelines that have strong business impact and continuity.
- Actively nurture candidates and propose actions to keep talents engaged with our employer brand.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates and diverse talent that supports active niche hiring.
- Initiate, sustain, and deepen relationships with community leaders, local strategic partners and diversity and other business associations based on preferred partnership criteria and leverage these relationships to create a consistent flow of candidates
- Select appropriate channels and relationships required to achieve diversity hiring in collaboration with Talent Acquisition leaders and Recruitment Marketing

- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar end-to-end recruitment role required
- Proven experience in creating innovative sourcing plans and analyzing and creating market intelligence
- Fluency in Spanish a plus
- Data driven, curious, persistent, effective communication, efficiency focused & consistent delivery
- Strong skills in managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree
