Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
- Looking for an individual contributor who has a background in Quality w/ Project Management skills to be able to run Manufacturing Quality Issue Resolution with different support functions. Will be interactive with a range of team members from Operations to Field Product Support. Job role will cover Drivetrain products produced at Client.
Typical task breakdown:
- Will work project workload daily thru facilitating and execution of analyzing data, shop walks, team meetings, driving team activities/actions, and full execution of projects thru completion, etc…
Interaction with team:
- Work closely with Operations, Operations Quality, Engineering, and Drivetrain Quality teams.
Work environment:
Will work in the Decatur Manufacturing Facility – M-F or 5 days a week.
Technical Skills:
Experience in manufacturing, experience with factory quality, project management, data analysis, critical thinking to help resolve issues, dependable, continuous improvement process skills, corrective and preventative action skills
Soft Skills:
- Dependable, strong in communication, enjoys working and leading projects, self-starter and self-motivated, works well with team members, deals effectively in challenging situations, strong in execution and holding others accountable, well organized, problem solver and critical thinker
