Role: Project Manager with Testing (Capital Markets)

Location: Princeton, NJ/ and Boston/Quincy, MA

Duration: Long Term

· Manage overall Program Plan and Roadmap to track required tasks, durations, milestones and dependencies

· Manage dependencies across the project

· Monitor high risk items, ensuring proper escalation and contingency plans are in place and enacted accordingly

· Monitor the Change Management/Control process and conduct detailed analysis of the impact on the delivery schedule, cost, resources, quality and impact on other program deliverables

· Manage efficient allocation and distribution of resources across streams

· Develop a program management framework that can support multiple (potentially concurrent) projects

· Hands on Experience on domain areas covering Investment Banking, Trade Processing, Accounting, Performance, client reporting, Account and Security Reference data

· In-depth knowledge of various security types, its characteristics and processing

· Hands on experience of Client onboarding in front office, middle office, back office platform

· Create high level testing approach documents and joint test approach documents

· Review Test Plans & Client requirements, coordinate with program teams to validate the finalized test plans and requirements

· Work on UAT, CUAT test estimations and approach documents

· Conduct UAT, CUAT review and UAT, CUAT Test execution report

· Work on UAT weekly test progress report to client
