Practice Manager

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our team in SLO!

The Practice Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining the clinic’s high standards of care and facilitating a positive and effective workplace culture. Manage clinical staff, optimize operational efficiency, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and provide a supportive environment for clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic practice
• Supervise administrative staff and provide leadership to ensure efficient workflow
• Monitor clinic performance metrics and KPIs to ensure operational goals are met and continually improved.
• Maintain and manage clinic budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and patient care.
• Implement and maintain office policies, procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including HIPAA
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, social work or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare management
• Experience in policy creation, implementation, and quality assurance
• Experience managing budgets and financial oversight
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage diverse teams
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Google Sheets to optimize management and operational efficiency
