Job Description BPO Enrollment Staff Accounting Specialist Locations: Birmingham, AL | Hybrid Get To Know The Team: As a Staff Accounting Specialist, you will work in the billing department within the Enrollment Department to answer customer/client questions about their bills, review billing statements, and correct billing errors. What You Will Get To Do: Keep accurate records of client accounts with premium billing system. Produce and send both Individual and Group Invoices Maintain accounts receivable records Address customer concerns/complaints Make or adjust system entries and prepare itemized invoices for distribution Beneficiaries / Clients. Enter and maintain accurate system notes Produce invoices for large accounts with complex billing plans. Analyze and enter various reports designed to correct or validate data What You Will Bring: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to converse knowledgeably and concisely with clients, team members and management. Excellent problem solving skills. Ability to interpret written requests/issues accurately and supply appropriate follow-up action as necessary. Strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office Product Suite. Meets and surpasses quality and productivity objectives within current role; brings a quality mindset to all aspects of the work. Excellent ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to deal with unexpected situations and address sensitive issues.
