What You Will Get To Do: • Developing infrastructure requirements • Building infrastructure • Deploying applications • Configuring network access and load balancers • Developing monitors for infrastructure and application health • Perform on-going production support of infrastructure and applications • Engage in complex problems and develop appropriate solutions • Work with other teams on integration projects What You Will Bring: 5 Years of experience providing exceptional customer support and documenting resolutions using various tool like ServiceNow and Jira • 5 Years of supporting day-to-day operations of software application products. • Excellent troubleshooting skills • Proficiency in configuring, up dating and using Linux operating systems • Experience working with multiple databases including Oracle and PostgresSQL • Experience in the installation and configuration of Apache Tomcat • Experience supporting Citrix or Windows Operating Systems a plus • Experience using Github, Artifactory & Docker a plus Thank you for your interest in SS&C!
