This position involves a variety of administrative tasks, including document management, coordination, and communication. The successful candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong attention to detail. Duties And Responsibilities
Assist in organizing and maintaining operational documents, files, and records.
Prepare and edit documents for drivers
Ensure loads are entered accurately into our TMS systems
Track and Trace freight movements
Collaborate with internal and external parties to update load information as necessary
Input and maintain accurate data in various databases and systems.
Generate and update reports as required
Provide support to the operational team as needed.
Educational Background / Work Experience
Associate's degree in Business Administration preferred.
1-3 years of clerical, administrative, or Supply Chain experience preferred
Data entry experience
Working knowledge of general office equipment

Attention to detail
Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
The ability to work to deadlines, frequent changes and new priorities is key to this role. As well as possessing good communications skills, and ability to work in a team environment
Proficient in use of Microsoft applications. PowerPoint and Excel experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
High degree of attention to detail

Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
