Summary

The Business Support Specialist, Data Entry will play a key role in supporting the operational functions of DSV Road. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks, including document management, coordination, and communication.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and maintaining operational documents, files, and records.
• Prepare and edit documents for drivers
• Ensure loads are entered accurately into our TMS systems
• Track and Trace freight movements
• Input and maintain accurate data in various databases and systems.
• Generate and update reports as required
• Provide support to the operational team as needed.

Educational background / Work experience

• Associate's degree in Business Administration preferred.
• 1-3 years of clerical, administrative, or Supply Chain experience preferred
• Data entry experience
• Working knowledge of general office equipment

• High degree of attention to detail

While performing the duties of this job, the employee uses his / her hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls;

reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel or crouch; talk or hear. The employee uses computer and telephone equipment. The vision requirements of this job include close vision and distance vision.

For this position, the expected base pay is : $14.00 - $18.75 / Hourly. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
