The impact you will have in this role:

The Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Associate role in is an integral part of the FP&A team. The role partners with wider FP&A organization and key stakeholders from other CFO teams in developing budgets and forecasts, tracking performance, explaining variances and preparing presentations for internal FP&A and senior management. This position requires a proactive and analytical professional who can collaborate with various teams to improve financial decision making and support the company’s growth objectives.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present standard reporting to explain current financial performance and future trends.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve complex financial models, dashboards and KPIs for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
  • Ability to query, analyze and present data from multiple financial data sources to build budgets and forecasts and explain trends.
  • Build relationships and credibility with key clients.
  • Lead and participate in month end close activities. 
  • Develop and improve planning process around capital investments along with ongoing month-end analytics.
  • Work across multiple channels to assist in ad-hoc FP&A projects.
  • Evaluate processes to drive efficiencies.
  • Mentor junior and new analysts to ensure adherence to standard processes and procedures, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Additional ad-hoc responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of related experience

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
