DTS is looking for a Functional Analyst to be part of a team that provides project management of multiple, concurrent, technical projects. This position will work closely with all levels of the organization, identify and suggest new ideas that will facilitate the business processes, demonstrate flexibility and attention to detail, meet deadlines, work independently when required, and work well with others demonstrating the highest levels of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Performing a variety of tasks that require both practical experience and theoretical knowledge
• Monitoring multiple, concurrent tasks and ensuring their completion on time and to quality standards

• Create documentation as it relates to the Program/Project Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology Management, or other related discipline
• Ability to learn new subjects quickly

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, both technical- and business-focused
• Experience working in diverse team of individuals/personalities

Job Details:

Location: Remote

Compensation: $60,000-$80,000

Salary at DTS is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. In addition, to support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, DTS typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
