As we expand our reach, we are seeking a talented and imaginative Associate Creative Director - Art to join our team and work directly with the Creative Director to lead our graphics department.

The Associate Creative Director plays a pivotal role in shaping the visual narrative that supports our clients' legal strategies. Creativity and the ability to distill intricate information into visually persuasive demonstratives will be instrumental in ensuring that jurors and legal professionals grasp complex concepts clearly and concisely.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with in-house litigation team to conceptualize innovative ideas that align with our clients' objectives.
• Lead and oversee a team of information design artists, providing guidance and constructive feedback to maintain our brand’s ambitious standards.
• Craft intricate illustrations, graphs, tables, and timelines that visually articulate complicated legal concepts.
• Manage workflow distribution, ensuring efficient allocation of tasks and internal resources.
• Interface with law firm clients polished and professionally.
• Adapt to the fast-paced nature of the role, meeting high-pressure, fast-turnaround deadlines, and contributing to a team that occasionally operates during extended hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, ideally within the litigation graphics domain; at least 3 of them in a leadership position.
• Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking, with the ability to brainstorm and actualize unique ideas that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in various design software and applications, including PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud. Video editing animation and 3D software is a plus.
• Experience with Layout design, typography, illustration, infographics, iconography. (nice to have: Isometric illustration, technical illustration, scientific illustration).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail that enable effective management of complex projects; legal experience is a plus.
• Experience in team management, demonstrating the ability to lead, motivate, and guide fellow designers to deliver exceptional work;
• Comfortable engaging with clients in a formal business setting.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
