DUCG is Hiring a Patient Access Representative Near Clinton, MI

Our walk-in clinic is a fast-growing multi-million-dollar urgent care corporation looking for a full-time Medical Front Desk. We have 30 locations nationwide and staffing over 250 employees across 5 different states and have been recently featured on Inc. 5000 in 2021.

We will require proof of Covid 19 vaccination or letter of exemption.

The Medical Front Desk job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Patient registration/EMR
  • Insurance verification
  • Familiar with simple computer tasks and Microsoft
  • Knowledge of clinical procedures

Requirements for the Medical Front Desk position include:

  • Ability to pass our internal clinical assessment.
  • Able to work 4-5 days a week
  • Able to work 7-13 hour shifts
  • Able to work morning and afternoon shifts
  • Able to work weekends
  • Able to be on call for at least 2 shifts per week.
  • Required to travel to different locations within an hour radius for coverage in times of critical business demands or staffing needs
  • Required to have a valid driver's license or a valid driver's level 2 permit
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Able to sit, walk, reach with hands and arms throughout the workday.
  • Finger dexterity and hand coordination required.
  • Occasionally required to lift moderate weight (20-40 pounds)
  • Specific vision abilities required including close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust or focus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
