Position Summary
Duck Donuts is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This individual will play a key role in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, print, and digital advertising.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials in line with Duck Donuts' brand voice and guidelines.
  • Social Media Management: Manage Duck Donuts social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate promotional events, pop-ups, and community engagement activities to enhance brand presence and customer loyalty.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize and improve future initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and sales, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent with Duck Donuts brand standards and core values.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the food and beverage or retail industry.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for Duck Donuts products and brand.
