Position Overview:
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and thriving in a fast-paced environment? Duckworth is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the voice of Duckworth, offering support and solutions to our valued customers. Your dedication will help build strong relationships and enhance our customers' experience with our unique Montana Merino Wool products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Expertise: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Duckworth’s products to effectively address customer inquiries and provide valuable solutions.
• Customer Interaction: Handle customer phone calls, emails, web chats/text messages, and other inquiries with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Order Management: Collaborate with our shipping warehouse to ensure a seamless shipping experience for customers.
• Returns & Exchanges: Process returns and exchanges promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Restock products that are returned to the office location.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, solutions, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Warranty Claims: Process warranty claims and track clothing defects to ensure product quality.
• Cross-Department Communication: Coordinate with production and marketing teams to address product issues and website feedback from customers.
• Additional assistance needed such as event prep, custom fulfillment, sales assistance, and others.

Required Skills:

• Customer Service Experience: Proven track record in customer service with a strong focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent social and emotional intelligence with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Communication: Skilled at simplifying complex information for customers.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Shopify, Google Workspace, Word, and Excel.
• Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
