About The JobDudek is looking for a Financial Systems Analyst II with established experience to assist the Financial Systems group with ongoing support and projects related to Deltek Vantagepoint and integrated systems. This role has the option of remote work.

Duties and Responsibilities (may include some or all of the below):
  • Provide support to end-users who encounter issues with Deltek Vantagepoint, resolve technical problems and ensure the system operates efficiently. Acts as a liaison to the IT department. Track all requests and identify areas for automation and innovation
  • Train end-users and other employees on how to use financial systems effectively and efficiently
  • Administer dashboard creation in Vantagepoint
  • Create financial data and ad hoc reports using Vantagepoint. This could involve assessing financial performance, forecasting future financial trends, and identifying areas for improvement
  • Maintain documentation related to financial systems, including user manuals, process guides, and system configuration details
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline financial operations and reduce errors
  • Effective communication skills are essential to collaborate with other departments, IT, and external consultants to ensure the smooth operation of financial systems
Minimum Requirements
  • Threeyears of experience with Deltek
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related work experience
  • Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint/Vision processes and configuration
  • Good understanding of finance and accounting processes
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel to perform data analysis
  • Strong communication skills and the ability work well with a team
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills. Requires attention to detail
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have active personal automobile liability insurance by first day of employment
  • As a federal contractor, successful candidates are required to pass the following pre-employment requirements prior to beginning employment: pre - employment drug test and background check
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in financial reporting and analysis for Architecture-Engineering-Construction (AEC)
  • Power BI, Spreadsheet Server experience

Working Conditions:
  • This job operates in a remote or office-based environment and this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, etc
  • This job requires occasional project site visits-based outdoors which can include excessive noise, uneven walking surfaces, extreme weather, moving vehicles and equipment

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Proposed Salary Range: $79,000-$97,000 annually*
  • Final agreed upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to an individual’s related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location
