The restaurant is located at 412 Broadway E, Seattle, WA 98102.At Due’ Cucina Italiana we love food that is real, fresh and authentic. We serve homemade pasta bowls and other dishes inspired by the best of the Italian tradition. - Learn and master the art of making our fresh pasta
- Familiarize yourself with our menu and support our customers through their Due experience
- Communicate effectively with delivery drivers (UberEats, DoorDash, etc) to ensure the prompt and accurate delivery of takeaway items. Manage an accurate inventory of menu items on delivery platforms
- Maintain and enforce our Covid-19 precautionary measures in the dining room
RequirementsWhat are we looking for?
- People person who enjoy spending time with customers to educate them on our food
- High-energy, proactive individual who thrive a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work (and have fun) in a diverse team
- Attention to detail
- Passionate about food
- Minimum 21 years old (alcohol service required)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work under stress
- Possesses or willing to obtain a current WA State Food Worker card and MAST permit
- Ability to speak or understand Spanish a plus (although not required)
