- Monitoring financial performance
- Variance reporting
- Supporting the achievement of productivity and supply chain target
- Serve as a key liaison to accounts payable and payroll process, in support of the managers and senior leaders throughout the ministries
- Assist in facilitation of capital projects as prioritized and approved through regional and system processes
- Assist with development of ministry budgets
- Provide assistance as needed to the ministry senior management team and departmental leaders as they work to achieve annual and long-term strategies
- Achievement of internal audit recommendations
- Leading special projects as assigned for both the ministry and the region
- Review of monthly financial statements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or another related field
8 years of experience within a leadership role in healthcare/health administration
10 years of closely related work experience (Ex. Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, Compensation)
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Master's degree in accounting, finance or business administration
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
HRMA or FACHE
