WE ARE SEARCHING FOR A RESTAURANT ASSISTANT MANAGER IN DANBURY CT FOR A CASUAL CONCEPT RESTAURANT.
The company is offering 4-day work weeks for all managers.
Qualifications:
- 2 years management experience as an Assistant Manager in a high volume corporate casual restaurant
- Must have kitchen and bar experience
- Must possess ability to perform inventory and ordering
- P&L knowledge highly desirable
- Proven track record developing and mentoring staff and/or hourly managers
- High school diploma or higher education
