Job Description
RESTAURANT ASSISTANT MANAGERS, a re you looking for quality of life? We are looking in Westbury NY for a high volume, casual dining restaurant.
The company is offering 4-day work weeks for all managers. 2 - 11-hour days & 2 - 12-hour days.
Qualifications:
- 2 years management experience as an Assistant Manager in a high volume corporate casual restaurant
- Must have kitchen and bar experience
- Must possess ability to perform inventory and ordering
- P&L knowledge highly desirable
- Proven track record developing and mentoring staff and/or hourly managers
- High school diploma or higher education
