We’re looking for an Associate Attorney to join our team. Our ideal candidate is well-versed in employment law and/or litigation in the state of California. Respectfully, please do not apply unless you are licensed to practice law in the state of California.

Reporting to our partners, you will be responsible for working with employer clients directly to provide advice and counsel on day-to-day employment law issues, drafting pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, drafting discovery and review and analysis of responses, meaningfully participate in and contribute to overall strategy from case inception to completion, taking depositions, engaging in negotiations, legal research, and networking/marketing.

Competitive compensation starting at $130,000 - $175,000 based on experience
