Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operates assigned truck to pick up, transport, and deliver equipment and / or materials such as aggregate, hot mix, asphalt, dirt, or water.
• Secures loads for safe transport in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Works closely with other crew members during pickup and delivery to coordinate work and ensure safety.
• Assists with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Performs pre and post-trip inspections and ensures the truck is clean and in safe working order.
• Completes documentation for inspections, prorate, and other compliance needs.
• Reports when the truck needs maintenance or repair.
• Maintains orderliness, cleanliness, and safety at the job site.
• Follows Supervisor's instructions closely.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

• Commercial Drivers License with Tanker Endorsement
• Current DOT Health Card
• Understand and adhere to all safety regulations.
• An unwavering focus on safety.
• OSHA
• Willingness to travel throughout Texas and Oklahoma.

Work Environment / Physical Demands :

• Walk, bend, kneel, lift, stretch and sit.
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
• Effectively handle lifting of various objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Regularly work extended overtime hours outdoors and in various weather conditions at all project locations.
• Travel is required.
