Experienced BDC Internet Manager
Duke Automotive has an immediate opening for an experienced Business Development Center (BDC) Internet Manager with a great attitude to join our Team. In addition, this position is also is the assistant Finance Manager. You must be an experienced dealership BDC Internet manager. No experience in finance is ok, we will train you! In this role, you will be responsible for the performance of the BDC along with being an assistant Finance manager. This includes growing appointments with customers. Assisting BDC representatives in all training, processes and coaching. Assist with digital and social marketing and advertising for the dealership. Help manage our CRM software while coaching and training team members on CRM, preferably Vin Solutions. And assist in growth and development of the BDC and all reporting associated. As an assistant Finance Manager you will be responsible for helping customers in the completion of their vehicle purchase. No experience in finance is alright, we will train you.

Responsibilities

• Manage the BDC and its processes
• Become Assistant Finance Manager - we will train you!
• Answer customer calls, incoming internet inquires and establish follow-up with sales appointments
• Manage processes to respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone, text, and live chat scripts and templates
• Grow sales appointments
• Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
• Follow up processes with customers that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
• Participate in team & process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
• Become a CRM expert as well train and coach on CRM processes - We use Vin Solutions
• Produce CRM reporting
• Equity Mining through Vin Solutions
• Assist in Digital and social media marketing to grow appointments and website traffic.
• Assist in website development and performance for growth

Qualifications

• Be a team player and treat your team and customers by the Golden Rule
• Previous automotive BDC management experience 2 years
• Equity mining experience
• CRM Expert - prefer Vin Solutions, yet if not it is very easy to learn
• Digital marketing and social media experience
• Prompt and courteous
• Enthusiastic personality & positive attitude
• Must have strong computer and grammar skills
• Finance training a plus - however we will train you so no worries
