Dukes Family Vineyards is a small family-owned winery/vineyard located in the Northern Eola-Amity Hills of Oregon's Willamette Valley. We are looking to hire a motivated tasting room professional to be part of a small, dedicated team. As a smaller winery, our tasting room serves as the face of the winery. As such, we are highly focused on the creation of favorable impressions through warm and memorable wine experiences for visitors, wine club members, trade or VIP guests.

Ideally, we are looking for a person who has a passion for wine and service. Recent hospitality and/or point of sale (POS) system experience is a plus. This is a part-time (20 hours per week) position.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

*Providing a warm and memorable tasting experience for our members and guests

*Learning our wines, vineyard and winemaking practices so you can share our story

*Processing sales transactions, club memberships and customer details in the POS system (Order Port)

*Effectively balancing service of multiple tables with a personalized experience

*Performing opening and closing procedures, stocking wine and case movement

Job Requirements:

*Professional, personable, organized and kind to our guests and other employees

*At least 21 years of age

*Available to work 3 days a week (Friday- Sunday), 10:00 am to 4:30 pm

*Able to lift, carry and rotate 45 pounds on a regular basis

*Able to stand/walk for long periods of time throughout the day

*Have a high level of curiosity and desire to develop and share knowledge of fine wine

*Have a valid, current OLCC Servers License
