**Description**

**The position is temporary, helping with the store's inventory.**

**Purpose of Position**

The Duluth Trading Company Support Associate assists in delivering the Duluth Brand experience from behind the scenes. While this role is not guest-facing, the support associate enjoys being part of the team, supports the overall sales goals and takes pride in maintaining a well merchandised, organized and clean store.

**Key Accountabilities:**

* Develops a familiarity of the Duluth brand and basic product knowledge.

* Assists in receiving, processing and replenishing merchandise.

* Maintains merchandising, presentation and display standards. Sales floor is customer ready.

* Ensures Company standards for cleanliness for the sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, cash wrap and hospitality area.

* Answers telephone in a courteous and friendly manner including, but not limited to, giving store greeting, directions to store location, basic sales and promotional information and general information.

* Adheres to all Company policies, procedures and practices.

* Performs any other duties as directed by management.

**Knowledge and Background Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Retail experience preferred but not necessary.

* Takes pride in a job well done, shows ownership in the store.

* Operates with integrity and trust.

* Collaborates and functions as part of a team.

* Ability to work a flexible shift including nights and weekends,

**Environmental Factors:**

* Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.

* Frequent reaching and bending and twisting below waist and above shoulders.

* Frequently required to use repetitive hand to finger motions and reach with hands and arms.

* Frequently lifting up to twenty pounds, occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds. Push/pull up to 20 lbs.

* Ability to climb ladders, reach and bend.

* Work in temperatures ranging from 50 - 95 degrees especially in our stock room areas.

* Use of a computer up to 60 % of the time throughout the day.

**Wage & Benefit Information:**

* The Colorado wages for this position start at $13.25. Exact rate of pay will be based on experience level.

* 401(K) plan we match the first 3% at 100% and the next 2% at 50%. Employees are eligible after completing 1000 hours of service in in first anniversary year or calendar year thereafter.

* 40% employee discount.

* Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). Employees are eligible to participate if working at least 20 hours each week during the offer period and have met 90-day employment requirement.

* Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave, public health emergency leave.

* Part-time employees will average less than 30 hours per week and are not eligible for group health benefits.
