- Practice at the top of your license and form trusting relationships working under the direct supervision of your collaborating physician, Dr. Madsen: Kevin M. Madsen, MD | Duly Health and Care
- Gain increased autonomy and independence in decision making with support from Dr. Madsen.
- Impact care delivery and patient satisfaction by having a voice in clinical decisions.
- Develop a 1:1 relationship and partnership with Dr. Madsen clinical staff members, and management.
- Join a collaborative team and participate in a structured training program including orientation, shadowing, and onboarding
- Complete patient examinations and treatment, order diagnostic and therapeutic modalities, prescribe medication, provide patient and family education, and complete documentation.

- Graduation from an approved school for Nurse Practitioners OR Physician Assistant-Masters Degree.
- Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois
- Previous Experience (1 years) in MFM or similar setting.
- Part-time or Full-time candidates encouraged to apply.
