Dunbar Community Counseling Services is Hiring an Administration Front Desk Near Philadelphia, PA
Duties:
Greet and sign in all employees, contractors, clients, and visitors: Greet and identify clients and visitors as they enter the office in reference to the daily schedule. Obtain additional information as needed, communicate unexpected delays when necessary.
Answer multi-line telephone system using appropriate telephone etiquette, take messages and deliver them in a timely and appropriate manner.
Monthly supervision – Collect Sign-in
Receiving Incoming and outgoing mail & calls for COO
Run EVS as needed
Manage Intakes electronically, EZ claim input into the system
Provide support to Parkside/Southwest OPT in securing services
Partner with Compliance Administrator to update Outpatient Caseload
FedEx set-up, shipment and supplies.
Filing all credentials and Billing
Manage Tokens and petty cash
Parkside/SW receive/review all incoming OPT paperwork and facilitate the corrections process
Open and close building Parkside/Southwest as needed
Manage computer needs by communicating with COO and Computer tech
Print out resumes for staffing needs and follow-up as needed
Lead for credentialing OPT/BHRS paperwork and managing spreadsheet
Lead contact for staffing companies
Lead for staff attendance, time off and snow days
Create HR/Contractors Files
Take Photo ID of new staff
Print monthly supervision certificates

The hours would be Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm and Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm 40 hours per week
