Duncan-Parnell is growing and looking for a Print Production Associate in our Raleigh, NC office. This Print Production role is a critical position producing projects for our construction print department, receiving orders from customers, and handing off completed jobs for distribution.
Essential Functions and Duties
- Preflight digital documents to ensure accuracy before printing.
- Production of both large and small format documents on in-house printers
- Document finishing including binding large format plans with staples or screw posts and binding specification manuals using coil, GBC, staples, 3-ring binders, or screw posts
- Scan hard copy originals, save to server, and prepare and distribute to customer
- Quality control of completed work prior to customer distribution
- Customer service duties including answering the phone, transferring calls and entering a print order in the system
- Answer production emails and respond as needed such as saving files, replying to customers, and creating work orders

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- General knowledge of PCs with ability to use (or learn) core MS Office applications such as Windows, Word, and Outlook
- Understanding of (or ability to learn) and adherence to safety rules and regulations related to warehouse operations and equipment usage

- Must support and abide by Duncan-Parnell’s values, mission, policies, and practices in all activities and interactions with co-workers, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Must be able to perform critical physical tasks in support of the core functions of this position, including sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, operating printing and office equipment.
