Multi-Unit Maintenance Technician

We have an opening for a Multi-Unit Maintenance Technician to support our locations in the Leominster and Woburn areas. Our Maintenance Technicians play a key role in keeping our stores in top condition by addressing day-to-day maintenance issues. Traveling between our locations, managing cosmetic and mechanical repairs, and working to meet the highest standards.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Facilities maintenance, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, and cosmetic repairs
• Equipment calibrations, modifications and repairs
• Check, repair and/or replace valves, motors, controls, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, locks
• Diagnose and remedy problems, troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Preventative Maintenance on properties and equipment to include proper documentation and tracking
• Work with contracted landscaping vendors to ensure property grounds are maintained
• Maintain spare parts inventory and requisition parts for systems
• Maintain safety standards for our employees and guests; Apply applicable OSHA requirements
• Maintain an open line of communication with Operations Department including District Managers
• Complete work and travel logs daily
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Daily travel within region
• Perform other duties as necessary
