A Crew Member/Barista is generally the first point of contact for guests and completes a variety of duties, including the following:

• Create a pleasant and welcoming restaurant environment for Guests and team members by treating others fairly and with respect
• Lead and coach your team to operational excellence by promoting open communication and accountability
• Prepare products according to Dunkins' operation, quality and safety standards, and that the restaurant meets sanitation and cleanliness standards during your shift
• Make decisions based on strong values & behaviors
• Have the capability to count money and make change and ability to operate restaurant equipment
• Arriving for the start of their shift on time and staying until all duties are complete
• Someone with a friendly, enthusiastic attitude
• Someone that loves to help and serve others (both customers and team members)
• Build good relationships with customers
• Maintain a clean work environment
• A Barista, or Cashier/Crew member, is responsible for preparing and serving coffee, other beverages and sandwiches to customers. Their duties include working with other crew members/Baristas to help take orders, make drinks and provide timely service to customers.
• Barista who is well spoken, energetic, enthusiastic, & a fast learner.
• Accurate cash handling and operation of POS system
• Baristas need a variety of skills to memorize drink recipes, learn how to operate equipment and provide efficient customer service.
• Team player, flexible enough to pitch in where needed to get the job done Coffee experience and NYC Food Handler's Certification is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
