- **Financial Management:** Monitor and optimize financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue generation strategies.
- **Compliance and Quality Assurance:** Maintain compliance with dental regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and infection control protocols to uphold safety and legal standards.
- **Technology Integration:** Implement and optimize dental practice management software and other technologies to enhance efficiency and patient care.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Dental Office Manager or in a similar role within a dental practice, preferably in oral surgery or periodontal specialty.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong knowledge of dental office procedures, insurance processes, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and MS Office Suite.
