Job Description

The Specialty Sales position is responsible for selling door and window products. This position requires a background in sales, with a preference for also understanding the door and window industry, and an emphasis on the specific products that we carry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills that will help them build relationships with potential customers.

Responsibilities for this role include:
• Actively respond to and follow up on leads obtained through various channels, including
walk-ins, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct consultations with prospective customers to understand their requirements and
provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Collaborate with others to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

• Previous sales experience,
• Comfortability working with Bistrack
• Experience selling/buying/installing windows and doors.
