Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Hardscapes Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with product inquiries, quotes, and order processing.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and recommend appropriate hardscape solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
• Coordinate with other departments such as logistics and operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to support informed decision-making.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales support or customer service, preferably in the hardscape industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Knowledge of hardscape products and installation techniques is a plus.
• A passion for outdoor living spaces and a willingness to learn and grow in the industry.
• Tuesday-Saturday position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
