Summary: The Production Supervisor (Lining) provides leadership and direct supervision of production associates engaged in manufacturing and processing products to meet customer needs while ensuring the safety, housekeeping, quality, shipments and productivity targets are reached consistently.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities include the following:
- Supervise installation of Duoline product to specification of work instruction
- Responsible for safe and efficient operation of site, ensuring personnel and equipment are compliant with company procedures/specification
- Daily reporting to project manager on HSE, quality and production performance
- Report incidents and ensure relevant documentation is completed accurately
- Perform hazard identification and Risk Assessments for all site activities
- Carry out monthly site safety inspections ensuring checklist is completed accurately and sent to head office
- Deliver daily toolbox talks to personnel and third party laborers
- Promoting and active participation in the company safety scheme
- Training production staff and hired manpower in production process
- Attend safety meetings run by HSEQ department
- Maintaining site HSE Documentation (including: HSE Plan, Emergency Response, Risk Management)
- Responsible for housekeeping in the facility
- Ensure all job related documents are maintained and passed onto head office in a timely manner to be able to invoice customer without delay
- Plan production based on customer requirements and effectively communicated to the customer, any third party Inspector and head of office
- Control of production facility stock levels, tooling, equipment and customer product, including completion
- Participate in Client Safety Programs and implement initiatives in the plant
- Control and maintenance of pipe yard
- Inspection of customers products prior to processing through our facility

Required Education / Experience / Skills:
Mandatory
- 2 Years previous experience in Plant and Operations Supervision
- Proven Supervisory Experience
- Proficient Verbal and Written English Communication Skills
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Composite Materials
- Degree in Business Management, Engineering or a related field
- ISO Knowledge / Experience
Technical Skills:
Sensory/Mental Requirements:
Visual acuity at close range is required to perform activities such as preparing and entering data, viewing a computer terminal, determine accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of work assigned. Regularly required to talk and hear to receive and relay detailed information.
Work Environment:
The noise level in the work environment is regularly quiet and on occasion loud for short intervals. The associate is normally protected from environmental conditions; however exposed occasionally to hazards such as mechanical parts, moving vehicles / equipment and chemicals.
