Responsibilities

As an APP at Duly, you will get the opportunity to:

* Practice at the top of your license and form trusting relationships working under the direct supervision of your collaborating physician, Dr. Cordero: Weiser E. Cordero, MD | Duly Health and Care - DuPage Medical Group.

* Gain increased autonomy and independence in decision making with support from Dr. Cordero.

* Impact care delivery and patient satisfaction by having a voice in clinical decisions.

* Develop a 1:1 relationship and partnership with Dr. Cordero, clinical staff members, and management.

* Join a collaborative team and participate in a structured training program including orientation, shadowing, and onboarding

* Complete patient examinations and treatment, order diagnostic and therapeutic modalities, prescribe medication, provide patient and family education, and complete documentation.

Qualifications

* Graduation from an approved school for Nurse Practitioners OR Physician Assistant-Masters Degree.

* Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois

* Previous Experience (1 years) in Family Medicine or similar setting.
