Electronics Administrative Assistant
Experience – 2 years of experience supporting in an administrative role
Preferred Skills – Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, inventory control.
Job Description – Responsibilities include general administrative duties as well as entering Work Orders and Bill of Materials for the Electronics Dept. Assist Electronics with parts needed. Preparing parts shipments out of lab stock. Work with the Customer Service Dept. concerning dealer warranty claims. Work with purchasing on inventory stock. Manage year-end inventory of lab stockroom and maintaining stock throughout the year.
Must demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines, excellent organizational skills.
Duties/ Tasks:
Track and monitor electronics customer returns for credit/turn in paperwork (work with Jake and Accounting)
Create and update electronics portions of BOM’s.
Pull and stage stock parts for customer jobs, recognize shortage parts and ensure all parts ready for job to ship complete. Deliver to Stockroom to ship.
Verify all parts are correct for sizer jobs, digital upgrades and SmartSpray conversions. Record all serial numbers, supply manuals.
Will yield/issue lab parts to work orders.
Assist customer service with any needed part numbers unknown to them (electronics) to enter customer orders.
Put all received inventory parts in bin locations, including parts that need to be received and put back into inventory that were pulled and issued to jobs, but no longer needed. Create, move and remove bin locations
Create folders for sizer jobs/file in cabinets.
Assign serial numbers on all boards and cables and enter into database. These might be fabricated or received in from vendor.
Manage lab inventory with periodic cycle counts. Manage year end inventory of lab stock
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
