We are looking for a personable Receptionist for our client in Durham, NC. The Receptionist will be the face of the organization, directing foot and phone traffic accordingly. Someone who would succeed in this Receptionist role will have spectacular interpersonal communication skills, will be great at problem solving, and will be able to keep a variety of different details organized.
Responsibilities:
-Answer incoming phone calls
-Meet and talk with drop-in visitors
-Provide answers for a variety of different inquiries
-Coordinate events and donations
-Provide assistance with scheduling and overall schedule management
-Computer use
-Drafting and proofing documents
-Other various tasks as assigned
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
